What is AllUpiPay and how does it work? Popular+
AllUpiPay is a secure, all-in-one digital payment platform that lets you send and receive money, pay bills, manage subscriptions, and make international transfers — all from a single app. Once you create an account and link your bank, you can start transacting immediately using UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, or card payments.
How do I create a AllUpiPay account? Popular+
Sign up at AllUpiPay.com or download the AllUpiPay app. Enter your email address and mobile number, verify both via OTP, complete a quick KYC (Aadhaar + PAN for Indian users), and your account is ready within minutes. No paperwork needed.
What documents do I need to sign up?+
For individual accounts, you need a valid Aadhaar card and PAN card for KYC verification — both are mandatory under RBI guidelines for digital payment platforms. For business accounts, you additionally need your GSTIN, business registration certificate, and a cancelled cheque for the business bank account.
Is AllUpiPay available outside India?+
The AllUpiPay app is primarily designed for Indian residents. However, you can use AllUpiPay to send money internationally from India to 150+ countries. NRI accounts are available with enhanced KYC — contact our support team for details. A global version of AllUpiPay is planned for 2025.
How do I link my bank account?+
Go to Account → Bank Accounts → Add New. Enter your bank account number and IFSC code, or link instantly using net banking credentials. AllUpiPay supports all major Indian banks including SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Kotak, and 200+ others. Verification takes 1–2 minutes via a ₹1 test deposit.
What is the minimum age to use AllUpiPay?+
You must be at least 18 years of age to create a AllUpiPay account, as required by RBI guidelines for payment service users. Users below 18 can use AllUpiPay through a parent or guardian's account under our family account feature (coming soon).
Can I use AllUpiPay without a bank account?+
You can create a basic AllUpiPay wallet to receive and send small amounts (up to ₹10,000/month) without linking a bank account. However, for higher limits, bank transfers, and full platform access, linking a bank account and completing KYC is required.
How long does account verification take? New+
Standard KYC verification is completed instantly using Aadhaar e-KYC. If manual document review is required, it takes up to 24 hours. You will receive an email and SMS notification once your account is fully verified and all features are unlocked.

How do I send money on AllUpiPay? Popular+
Tap Send Money from the dashboard, then choose your method: scan a UPI QR code, enter a UPI ID (VPA), enter bank account + IFSC, or select a saved contact. Enter the amount, add an optional note, and confirm with your PIN or biometrics. Money arrives instantly for UPI/IMPS, or within 2 hours for NEFT.
What payment methods does AllUpiPay support?+
AllUpiPay supports UPI (all banks), IMPS (24/7 instant), NEFT (batch, 30-min cycles), RTGS (above ₹2 lakhs, real-time), Visa/Mastercard/RuPay debit and credit cards, net banking (200+ banks), and wallet-to-wallet transfers. International transfers via SWIFT, SEPA, and wire are available on Growth and Enterprise plans.
How long does a transfer take?+
Transfer speed depends on the method: UPI and IMPS are instant (typically under 10 seconds). NEFT processes in 30-minute batches, 24×7. RTGS is near-real-time during banking hours (8 AM – 7 PM on working days). International SWIFT transfers take 1–3 business days depending on the destination country and correspondent banks.
Can I schedule or automate payments?+
Yes, on Growth and Enterprise plans. You can schedule one-time future payments or set up recurring payments with specific frequency (daily, weekly, monthly). AllUpiPay will send you a pre-debit notification 24 hours before each scheduled deduction, as required by RBI's recurring payment guidelines.
My money was debited but the recipient didn't receive it. What do I do?+
This is a failed transaction — the money will be auto-reversed to your account within 1 business day (T+1) as per NPCI UDIR rules. If the reversal doesn't happen within 24 hours, go to Transactions → [Transaction] → Raise Dispute, or contact our support team immediately. We will escalate to NPCI on your behalf.
Can I send money to a wrong UPI ID or bank account?+
Always verify the recipient's details before confirming — AllUpiPay shows the registered name against a UPI ID or account before you send. If you accidentally send to the wrong person, contact our support team immediately. Recovery depends on the recipient's cooperation, and we cannot guarantee it. Report the issue within 1 hour for the best chance of recovery.
How do bulk payments work?+
Bulk payments (available on Growth and Enterprise plans) let you upload a CSV file with up to 500 payee accounts and amounts, review the batch, and execute all transfers in a single click. Ideal for payroll, vendor payments, and commission disbursements. A confirmation report is generated for your records.
Can I cancel a payment after sending it?+
UPI, IMPS, and RTGS payments cannot be cancelled once processed — they are instant and irrevocable. NEFT payments that are in a pending/queued state may be cancellable by contacting us before the next processing cycle. Scheduled future payments can always be cancelled before the execution date from your dashboard.
How do I pay bills and recharges on AllUpiPay? Updated+
Go to Pay Bills from the home screen. Select the category (electricity, gas, broadband, mobile recharge, DTH, water, insurance, etc.), choose your provider, enter your consumer number or mobile number, verify the bill amount, and pay. Payments are processed instantly and a digital receipt is sent to your registered email and phone.
What is the daily transaction limit on AllUpiPay?+
Default daily limits: UPI — ₹1 lakh per transaction (NPCI limit), up to ₹2 lakh/day. IMPS — ₹5 lakh/transaction. NEFT/RTGS — ₹10 lakh/day (can be increased on request for business accounts). These limits are set by RBI and NPCI and cannot be exceeded. Business accounts can request higher limits with additional verification.

Is AllUpiPay safe to use? Popular+
Yes. AllUpiPay uses bank-grade 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. We are PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, RBI-regulated, and employ real-time AI fraud detection that monitors every transaction. Your funds are held in an RBI-regulated escrow account — fully protected.
What should I do if I notice an unauthorised transaction?+
Act immediately: (1) Lock your AllUpiPay account via the app or our emergency line. (2) Report the transaction to us within 3 working days — this is critical for RBI zero-liability protection. (3) File a complaint with your bank. (4) Lodge a cyber crime complaint at cybercrime.gov.in. Under RBI rules, zero-liability applies for all unauthorised transactions reported within 3 working days.
How does AllUpiPay protect against fraud and scams?+
AllUpiPay uses a multi-layer fraud prevention system: real-time AI transaction scoring, device fingerprinting, location anomaly detection, velocity checks, and mandatory 3D Secure authentication for all card payments. We also run recipient name verification before every transfer so you can confirm you're sending to the right person.
Does AllUpiPay ever ask for my OTP or password?+
No — never. AllUpiPay will never ask for your OTP, PIN, password, or card details via phone call, email, SMS, or chat. If anyone claims to be from AllUpiPay and asks for this information, it is a scam. End the conversation immediately and report it to us. This is one of the most common social engineering techniques used by fraudsters.
What is two-factor authentication (2FA) and how do I enable it?+
2FA adds a second layer of verification (OTP or authenticator app) every time you log in from a new device. It is mandatory on AllUpiPay and cannot be disabled. Additionally, all transactions above ₹2,000 require PIN or biometric (fingerprint/Face ID) confirmation. You can manage 2FA settings under Account → Security → Two-Factor Authentication.
I received a suspicious call or message claiming to be from AllUpiPay. What should I do?+
Do not share any information. Hang up or do not respond. Report the number or message to us at security@AllUpiPay.com and to the National Cyber Crime Helpline (1930 or cybercrime.gov.in). We regularly investigate and report such impersonation attempts to law enforcement.
How is my personal data protected?+
AllUpiPay complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and RBI data localisation requirements. All Indian user data is stored on servers located in India. We never sell your data. You can request a data export or deletion at any time from Account → Privacy → Data Management.
What happens if I lose my phone?+
Immediately call our 24/7 emergency line or log into AllUpiPay from another device and go to Account → Devices → Revoke Access to deactivate your lost device. Your account is protected by PIN/biometrics, so a thief cannot access it without your credentials. We can also place a temporary freeze on your account while you recover.

How do I reset my AllUpiPay PIN or password?+
For PIN reset: go to Account → Security → Reset PIN, verify via OTP to your registered mobile number, and set a new 6-digit PIN. For password reset: click Forgot Password on the login screen, enter your registered email, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox. Links expire in 30 minutes for security.
Can I have multiple AllUpiPay accounts?+
No. Each individual can hold only one personal AllUpiPay account, as required by RBI KYC guidelines. However, you can have a separate business account linked to the same phone number. If you have been accidentally locked out of your account, contact our support team to recover access.
How do I update my phone number or email address?+
Go to Account → Profile → Contact Details. Changing your mobile number requires re-KYC verification for security reasons. Changing your email requires verification of both the old and new email addresses. Changes take effect within 24 hours. If you no longer have access to your old number, contact our support team with your ID documents.
How do I close my AllUpiPay account?+
Go to Account → Settings → Close Account. Ensure your wallet balance is zero and there are no pending transactions. Closure takes 7 business days to process. All your data is retained for 5 years as required by RBI regulations before being permanently deleted. You can export your data before closing.
Why has my account been suspended?+
Accounts may be temporarily suspended for: incomplete KYC, unusual transaction patterns flagged by our fraud system, a chargeback threshold breach, or a regulatory compliance hold. You will receive an email explaining the reason. Most suspensions are resolved within 24–72 hours. Contact support@AllUpiPay.com with your account details to expedite review.
How do I download my transaction history or statement?+
Go to Transactions → Download Statement. Select your date range (up to 2 years on Growth plan, 90 days on Starter) and choose your format: PDF (for records/submission) or CSV (for spreadsheet analysis). Statements are password-protected with your AllUpiPay PIN and are delivered to your registered email within 5 minutes.
Can I use AllUpiPay on multiple devices?+
Yes. You can be logged in on up to 3 devices simultaneously (mobile, tablet, and desktop). Each new device login requires OTP verification. You can view and manage all active sessions from Account → Security → Active Devices and revoke access to any device remotely at any time.
How do I enable or disable transaction notifications?+
Go to Account → Notifications to customise which alerts you receive — push notifications, SMS, or email — for different event types (send, receive, bill due, login, suspicious activity). Note: security alerts (login attempts, failed transactions) cannot be disabled, as these are mandatory for your account safety.

How is a AllUpiPay business account different from a personal account?+
A business account unlocks higher transaction limits, multi-user access (up to 10 team members), GST-compliant invoicing, payroll management, bulk payment tools, advanced analytics, API access, and a dedicated business support line. It also allows you to create a branded payment page and generate QR codes for your store.
What documents are needed to open a business account?+
You will need: (1) PAN of the business, (2) GSTIN (if registered), (3) Certificate of Incorporation or Partnership Deed, (4) Cancelled cheque of the business bank account, (5) Aadhaar and PAN of all directors/partners, and (6) A business address proof (utility bill or rental agreement). Sole proprietors can use their personal PAN.
Can I add team members to my business account?+
Yes. On Growth plans, you can add up to 10 team members with role-based access: Admin, Finance Manager, Viewer, or custom roles. Each team member has their own login credentials. Admins can set spending limits, approval workflows, and restrict access to specific features. Enterprise plans support unlimited users.
How does the AllUpiPay payment gateway work for my website?+
After activating the payment gateway feature, you will receive a set of API keys from your merchant dashboard. Integrate AllUpiPay's REST API or use our plug-and-play SDKs for popular platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.). Your customers can pay via UPI, cards, net banking, or EMI — and settlement happens within T+1 business day to your bank account.
How do I generate GST-compliant invoices?+
Go to Business → Invoices → Create Invoice. Fill in the customer details, line items, HSN/SAC codes, and applicable GST rate (CGST+SGST or IGST). AllUpiPay auto-calculates the tax, generates an e-invoice with IRN (Invoice Reference Number) if your turnover exceeds ₹10 crore, and sends it directly to your customer's email.
What are the payment gateway charges?+
Payment gateway charges vary by payment method: UPI — 0% (no MDR per NPCI mandate); Debit cards — 0.40%–0.90%; Credit cards — 1.50%–2.50%; Net banking — ₹10–₹15 flat; EMI — 1.5%–2.5% (passed to customer or absorbed by merchant). Exact rates depend on your plan and volume. No setup fee or monthly gateway fee on Growth and Enterprise plans.
How does settlement work for merchants?+
Settlements are processed on a T+1 basis (next business day) for most payment methods. Card settlements may take up to T+2. You can view real-time settlement status in your merchant dashboard under Payments → Settlements. Early settlement (same-day) is available for Enterprise accounts. All settlements are made directly to your registered bank account.
Does AllUpiPay offer white-label payment pages?+
Yes, on Growth and Enterprise plans. You can fully customise your payment page with your brand logo, colours, and domain (pay.yourbrand.com). Customers complete their payment on a page that feels native to your website, improving trust and reducing cart abandonment. Custom checkout flows are available via API for Enterprise clients.

Are there any charges for sending money within India? Popular+
For personal transfers: UPI transfers are completely free (no MDR per NPCI mandate). IMPS transfers up to ₹10,000 are free; above that, a small fee of ₹5–₹25 applies depending on the amount. NEFT and RTGS are free for all amounts on Growth and Enterprise plans; a nominal fee applies on Starter. Card-funded transfers carry a 1%–2% fee.
What is the minimum and maximum transfer amount?+
Minimum: ₹1 for UPI and IMPS. Maximum per transaction: UPI — ₹1 lakh (NPCI limit), IMPS — ₹5 lakh, RTGS — no upper limit (minimum ₹2 lakh). Daily limits: ₹2 lakh for UPI, ₹10 lakh for IMPS/NEFT, higher for RTGS. Business accounts can request higher limits with additional verification from our compliance team.
Does AllUpiPay charge for receiving money?+
No. Receiving money via UPI, bank transfer, or AllUpiPay wallet is always free for personal accounts. Business accounts may incur payment gateway MDR (Merchant Discount Rate) for card and net banking payments received through their payment page — these are clearly disclosed in your merchant agreement.
Are there charges for failed or rejected transactions?+
No. AllUpiPay does not charge for transactions that fail before funds leave your account. If a transaction fails after funds are debited, the full amount is reversed within T+1 at no charge. However, if a card-funded transaction is declined by the card network, a small ₹5–₹10 processing attempt fee may apply in certain cases (disclosed before confirmation).
What are the fees for international transfers?+
International transfer fees depend on the destination: within SAARC countries — flat ₹200 per transfer; Europe/USA/UK via SWIFT — 0.5%–1.5% of the amount (min ₹500, max ₹2,500); all other countries — 1%–2%. Exchange rates include a small margin above the mid-market rate (displayed before you confirm). No hidden correspondent bank fees on Growth or Enterprise plans.
How much does a chargeback cost?+
Chargeback fees are levied on merchants only (not customers). Credit card chargebacks: ₹500–₹1,500 per case. Debit card chargebacks: ₹250–₹750. If a chargeback escalates to card network arbitration, the losing party pays an additional ₹5,000–₹15,000. Customers bear no fee for filing a legitimate chargeback. Can I withdraw money from AllUpiPay to my bank account?+
Yes. Go to Wallet → Withdraw, select your linked bank account, enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed instantly via IMPS 24/7 with no fees on the Starter plan (up to 5 withdrawals/month free) and unlimited free withdrawals on Growth and Enterprise. Minimum withdrawal: ₹100.
Are there any annual or hidden fees?+
No hidden fees — ever. What you see in your plan is exactly what you pay. There are no annual account maintenance fees, no inactivity fees, and no fee for closing your account. The only additional charges that may apply are standard payment network fees (IMPS, card interchange) which are always displayed before you confirm a transaction.

How do I send money abroad from India?+
Go to Send Money → International Transfer. Select the destination country and currency, enter the recipient's bank details (IBAN/SWIFT/BBAN depending on country), verify the live exchange rate and fee, and confirm. Transfers to 150+ countries are supported. Purpose of remittance must be declared (education, family support, medical, etc.) as per RBI Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS) rules.
What is the LRS limit for international transfers?+
Under RBI's Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS), Indian residents can remit up to USD 250,000 (approximately ₹2.1 crore) per financial year for permitted purposes (education, travel, medical treatment, investments, gifts). TCS (Tax Collected at Source) at 20% applies on remittances above ₹7 lakh per year effective October 2023.
What exchange rate does AllUpiPay use?+
AllUpiPay uses real-time mid-market exchange rates with a transparent markup (typically 0.5%–1.5% above mid-market, depending on the currency pair and transfer amount). The exact rate and total cost are always shown before you confirm a transfer — there are no hidden markups. Rates are refreshed every 60 seconds during trading hours.
How long do international transfers take?+
Within SAARC countries (Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, etc.) via SWIFT: 1 business day. USA, UK, Europe (SEPA): 1–2 business days. Other countries: 2–4 business days depending on correspondent banking routes. Some corridors (UAE, Singapore, Malaysia) support near-instant transfers via our network partners.
Is TCS applicable on my international transfer?+
Yes. As per the Finance Act 2023, TCS (Tax Collected at Source) at 20% applies on all LRS remittances above ₹7 lakh per financial year (April–March). TCS is collected at the time of transfer and deposited with the Indian government. You can claim TCS as a credit against your income tax liability when filing your ITR. We provide a TCS certificate for every applicable transfer.
Can I receive international money transfers into AllUpiPay?+
Yes. Indian residents can receive inward foreign remittances into their linked bank account via AllUpiPay's inward transfer service. Simply share your bank account details and SWIFT code with the sender. Incoming transfers are credited within 1–3 business days and appear in your AllUpiPay transaction history. There is no fee for receiving international transfers.

How do I access the AllUpiPay API?+
API access is available on Growth and Enterprise plans. After subscribing, go to Developer → API Keys to generate your live and test API keys. Full API documentation, SDKs (Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, React Native), and a sandbox environment are available at docs.AllUpiPay.com. Webhooks, idempotency keys, and rate limits are all documented in detail.
What platforms and frameworks does AllUpiPay integrate with?+
AllUpiPay offers official plugins for Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, and OpenCart. Native SDKs are available for iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin/Java), React Native, Flutter, and major web frameworks. Zapier integration enables no-code automation with 5,000+ apps. For custom integrations, our REST API supports any language or platform.
How do webhooks work in AllUpiPay?+
Webhooks send real-time HTTP POST notifications to your server whenever a payment event occurs (payment.success, payment.failed, refund.initiated, chargeback.received, etc.). Configure your webhook endpoint at Developer → Webhooks → Add Endpoint. All webhook payloads are signed with HMAC-SHA256 so you can verify authenticity. Automatic retry with exponential backoff handles failed deliveries.
What is the API rate limit?+
Default API rate limits: 100 requests/minute on Growth plans and 1,000 requests/minute on Enterprise plans. Bulk payment endpoints have separate limits of 10 batch submissions/minute. If you need higher throughput, contact our enterprise team for custom rate limit agreements. Rate limit headers (X-RateLimit-Remaining, X-RateLimit-Reset) are included in every API response.
