All transactions carried out through the AllUpiPay platform are subject to our transaction limits, fee schedules, and processing timelines, which are published separately and may be updated from time to time.

• Transaction fees may apply and will be clearly disclosed before you confirm any transaction.
• Currency conversion rates are determined by AllUpiPay and may include a margin above the interbank rate.
• Transactions may be subject to review and could be delayed or rejected if flagged as potentially fraudulent.
• AllUpiPay is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment networks, banks, or other financial institutions.
• Refunds and reversals are subject to AllUpiPay's Refund Policy and may not always be possible once a transaction is completed.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and sharing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform without prior written consent from AllUpiPay.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AllUpiPay, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

• AllUpiPay does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• AllUpiPay is not responsible for any damage to your device or data arising from use of the Services.
• AllUpiPay's liability for unauthorized transactions is subject to your timely reporting of the same.

AllUpiPay may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, any outstanding fees or obligations you have incurred remain due and payable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, West Bengal, Kolkata, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, West Bengal, Kolkata.

AllUpiPay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending you an email or in-app notification.
