Are there any hidden transaction fees? +
No. Your monthly plan fee covers platform access. Standard payment network fees (NPCI, card network interchange) apply as per regulatory norms but are always displayed clearly before each transaction — never hidden.
Can I switch plans at any time? +
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle. You will never be charged for unused time.
What happens if I exceed my transfer limit? +
If you exceed the Starter plan's ₹50,000 monthly transfer limit, additional transfers are temporarily paused. You will receive a notification and can instantly upgrade to Growth for unlimited transfers — no interruption to your business.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs or startups? +
Yes. We offer 50% off Growth plan for registered NGOs, and special startup pricing through our accelerator partnerships. Contact our sales team with your organisation details to apply for discounted pricing.
Is my data safe if I cancel my subscription? +
Yes. On cancellation, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which you can export all your data. After 30 days, data is securely deleted in accordance with RBI data localisation norms and our Privacy Policy.
